  • Yes! Any items that do not require staffing (invites, save the dates, seating cards, party favors, table numbers, etc.) can be mailed anywhere in the United States.

  • Most services require a deposit to secure your date or to begin the design process.

    • Design-based items: Deposit due before design begins

    • Staffed services (photo booth, merch station, etc.): Deposit required to lock in your date

    Your remaining balance is due depending on the service type (see below).

  • Final payment depends on the service:

    • Design or print-only items: After you confirm your final design proof

    • Staffed, onsite services: 2 weeks before your ceremony or event date

  • This varies by project, but generally:

    • Invitations & Save the Dates: 1–2 weeks for design + printing time

    • Custom signs & décor: 1–2 weeks depending on size and materials

    • Party favors: 1–3 weeks depending on quantity
      Rush options may be available depending on workload.

  • Absolutely! If you have a unique vision for signs, party favors, merch, or décor, you're welcome to inquire. Custom ideas are quoted individually based on design time, materials, and quantity.

  • Minor edits are usually fine before printing begins. Once you approve the final design, any additional changes may require a small fee or reprint cost.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, as they cover time, design, and reserved dates.
    If you cancel a staffed service within 14 days of your event, the full balance may still be owed because staffing has already been allocated.

  • Yes — printable/digital files for invitations, seating charts, signs, menus, and more are available upon request.
